We're only able to issue refunds under the following circumstances:
Please report broken or damaged items to email@example.com or contact us here within 1 day of receipt.
You may be asked to provide pictures of the damaged items(s) and/or packaging.
Once reported and evaluated and we determine to issue a refund it will be processed within 36 hours.
If a package cannot be delivered for any reason other than carrier loss or damage to the address you provided, or should you refuse the package, you remain responsible for all charges.
Please be accurate with your shipping address to avoid unnecessary fees. Add unit, suite or apartment numbers, etc.
